TangoDirect.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards as well as fast online transcations with Paypal. At shipment a payment receipt will be sent to you with the merchandise. Please keep this payment receipt for reference in case of exchange or refund. The order confirmation that is provided online at the time of your order does not serve as your official receipt. The official receipt is the payment receipt that is mailed to you with the merchandise.

Sales Tax Information:

Due to the location of our stores, we are required by law to collect applicable tax on all shipments to New Jersey for items that are not in the apparel or shoes categories. No tax will be added to orders that ship to addresses outside of New Jersey. If applicable to your order of non apparel and shoe goods, a tax of %6.00 will be added to your final order total.

Product Quality Guarantee

We guarantee all merchandise to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If a problem occurs, we will revalue or replace the item at our option and to your satisfaction. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or airline damage. Shipping Options & Charges

We will begin processing your orders immediately upon receipt. We will ship your order within 3 business days of your order date if item is in stock in the USA. If it is drop shipped from Argentina or customized please allow 3-5 weeks for item to be shipped . In most cases, we will ship within 1-2 days. If there are any delay, we will contact you immediately, either by email or by phone. If you have a question regarding the status of your order, please contact us. Shipping of items that are manufactured in Argentina (unless otherwise specified) is $19.00 for regular shipping or 24.00 for priority confirmed shipping. If you want to combine items from Argentina please add $14.00 to the international shipping menu.

 Refunds & Exchanges

Returns are accepted if a mistake in shipping or factory defect is found as long as the item is in saleble condition and not worn or used. Our policy conforms regulations on the sale of apparel. To perform a return, the claim should occur within 30 days of payment close item sent (postmarked) within 40 days (from payment) in original packaging and other contents with a RMA number provided by us. S&H is not refunded. As soon as RMA is approved and the item received, we will refund the item via Paypal or send a replacement. The package should have a label next to our address with the "MUESTRA COMERCIAL / RETURN" so we would be able to receive package from the post office faster.

How Tango Shoes Differ?

Our tango and ballroom shoes are made by specialized artisan shoemakers in Argentina. They are made with fine genuine argentine leather, suede and heels. The sole can be prepared with flat leather or suede (chrome). The benefit of using chrome is that dancers can have better friction and perform maneuvers without won't slipping on the dance floor. However, the suede is more delicate and can be damaged if the shoes are not used on flat dance floors. Shoes with plain leather soles can be used also as gorgeous dress shoes. They are prepared with extra arch support made of steel and extra foot padding giving softness, elegance and comfort.
